Full Copy privacy policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026 (the free trial starts at checkout)
Full Copy is a browser extension that keeps the images, diagrams and formulas in what you copy, and attaches those images when you paste into chat apps. In short: everything stays on your computer.
What Full Copy handles
- What you select and copy. When you copy, Full Copy reads the selected part of the page (its text, images and formulas) so it can put a complete copy on your clipboard.
- What you paste. When you paste into a chat app, Full Copy reads the clipboard so it can attach the images it contains. “Paste with images” in the right-click menu reads the clipboard only when you choose it.
- The pictures in your selection. To embed an image, Full Copy downloads it from the address the page already uses. Pictures from other websites are downloaded without your cookies, so no site sees your sign-in. Full Copy doesn’t download pictures from your home or office network for pages outside it.
What is stored
- Your copy history: your last 60 copies, with their pictures, so you can copy them again.
- Your collection: pictures and passages you’ve added with “Add to collection”, until you paste them or clear them.
- Your settings.
All of this is stored only in your browser, on your computer (Chrome’s extension storage). You can switch the history off and clear the history and the collection at any time from the Full Copy menu. Removing the extension deletes everything it stored. Nothing copied in an incognito window is kept.
Paying for Pro
Full Copy Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You start it, and pay, on the checkout page of Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), which sells Pro on our behalf as the merchant of record; Full Copy never sees your card details. Lemon Squeezy shares your name, email address, country and subscription status with us so we can help you with your plan.
After you pay, the Switch on Full Copy Pro button opens a page on Full Copy’s website with your license key in its address. Full Copy reads the key there and removes it from the address bar; the page itself doesn’t store it or send it anywhere. To check your subscription, Full Copy sends the key to Lemon Squeezy when it switches Pro on, with a label naming the browser (for example “Full Copy on Chrome, macOS”), and about twice a day after that. Removing Pro from a browser tells Lemon Squeezy to free that browser’s place. This is the only thing Full Copy sends anywhere.
What is never done
- Nothing you copy, paste or store is sent to the developer or to anyone else.
- Full Copy has no server of its own, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
- No data is sold, shared, or used for anything other than copying and pasting.
